Shipping is a real cost and is never free.
1. Zambawango's products are shipped using refrigeration... this is more expensive but (definitely) worth it.
2. We Freshly Bake, Pack and Ship All Our Products Daily.
3. Others that offer "Free Shipping" include the cost of shipping in the product price... you are charged for the cost oof shipping each item while making you think shipping is "free".
While you can place an order 24/7, orders must be received by 2pm EST on days above to ship same day.
Orders received after 2pm EST Thursday will ship the following Monday.
We are not held responsible for weather or other nature related shipping delays or loss. Please do not order if an imminent hurricane, blizzard, fires or other natural events are headed your way.
Please do not order last minute.
Even though rare, please allow for a possible slight delay by UPS as they are facing unprecedented shipping volume. We cannot be held responsible for UPS delays.

If you receive the message "Some Items Will Not Ship" your order is too large and needs to be broken up into two or more orders.
We separate shipping costs from the product price and offer flat shipping rates — when you buy several items you only pay one flat, reduced shipping rate!
By doing this we significantly reduce the cost of shipping per item — IF YOU FILL YOUR BOX.
All Cake orders must ship with next day service.
If you would like 2 Day Shipping on other items — place another order separately from your Cake order.
We use 2 different alternative sweeteners.
1. Swerve™ — a non-GMO, all natural plant based sweetener.
2. Allulose — an all natural sweetener classified as a zero glycemic “rare sugar".
Please report broken or damaged items to [email protected] or contact us here within 7 days of receipt.
You may be asked to provide pictures of the damaged items(s) and/or packaging.
Once reported and evaluated we will be happy to either send a replacement or issue a refund. Thank you.
