Baking instructions (may vary depending on your oven):
-- Preheat oven to 350 F
-- BIG scoop (4 tablespoons) for each cookie on a non-stick baking sheet
-- Place in middle rack
-- Bake for 8 minutes
-- Press down and rotate and bake another 5 minutes or until lightly golden
Store in Refrigerator up to 10 days and enjoy cold or at room temperature
